北京积水潭医院贵州医院是贵州省第一家落地并运营的国家区域医疗中心,为贵州省卫生健康委直属的正处级事业单位,是国家公立三级甲等医院,也是贵州医科大学附属医院。在国家三级公立医院绩效监测中连续五年名列其他专科组医院最高等级A。获贵州省委、省政府颁发的省级公立医院唯一一家“争先进位”突出单位。

北京积水潭医院贵州医院由贵州省人民政府与北京积水潭医院共建。输出医院北京积水潭医院是以骨科、烧伤科为重点学科的三级甲等综合医院,拥有国家临床重点专科7个,有国务院政府特殊津贴专家6人、省部级突出贡献专家3人、国家级百千万人才1人、北京学者1人、青年北京学者1人。是骨科手术机器人北京市工程研究中心、北京市研究型病房示范建设单位、国家紧急医学救援基地第一批项目储备库、国家区域医疗中心建设项目输出医院、国家骨科医学中心、北京市骨科专业质量控制和改进中心主任委员单位、北京市医学创新和成果转化改革试点。

依托医院贵州省骨科医院是三级甲等骨科专科医院。其前身始建于1969年,产生于“三线建设”时期。历经“二三九四医院”“中国人民解放军总后勤部第八职工医院”等名称变更。2004年移交地方管理更名为“贵州省骨科医院”,由贵州省卫生健康委管理。2022年,成为北京积水潭医院贵州医院。

医院现有白云院区(白云区思贤街206号)和南明院区(南明区沙冲南路123号)两个院区,总占地面积10万平方米,总建筑面积20.53万平方米,配有8000平方米康复花园,共有编制床位1000张,实际开放床位1435张。共有临床科室41个、医技科室12个、行政科室部门25个。有省级专业质控中心2个,是贵州省康复医学中心。

医院现有在职员工1410人,其中高级职称170人,硕博士350人。三级教授2人;贵州省千层次人才5人;拔尖人才1人,优秀青年人才7人;贵州省五一劳动奖章2人;贵州省道德模范1人。医务人员在省内外各学术委员会任职达135人次。国家级各专业委员会常委6人、委员35人;省级各专业委员会任职74人、主委及副主委11人。2017年贵州省骨科医院牵头成立“贵州省骨科医院专科联盟”,2023年更名为“北京积水潭医院贵州医院骨科专科联盟”,省内外联盟成员131家。

医院现拥有国家级临床重点专科建设项目2个,为骨外科、疼痛科;省级重点专科项目11个,为骨内科、骨外科、康复医学科、疼痛科、麻醉科、医学检验科、医学影像科、重症医学科、运动医学科、小儿骨科、手外科;有教研室4个,为内科教研室、外科教研室、辅助教研室、护理教研室。形成以骨内科为基础、疼痛科为特色、骨外科为支柱、康复科为保障的学科体系。成为国家区域医疗中心以来,共开展185项新技术新项目,其中填补国内空白6项,西南空白14项,省内空白53项,院内空白112项,利用新技术共治疗患者共计千余例次。

医院拥有先进的医疗设备4000余台,其中千万级以上大型设备10台,百万级以上大型设备103台。配备天玑骨科手术机器人、飞利浦3.0T医用磁共振成像系统、GE 1.5T医用磁共振成像系统、西门子256排双源CT等大型医疗设备。

全院共发表论文2492篇,其中SCI 145篇,核心期刊263篇,取得专利422项,实现专利成果转化1项。获纵向科研课题立项198项。为国家自然科学基金委依托单位。

经过56载砥砺前行,医院站在了新时代的历史坐标上,医院将以“提能力、优服务、扩影响、树品牌”为抓手,朝着建成“区中示范、西南影响、贵州前列”的目标铿锵迈进,为健康贵州建设谱写时代篇章。

 

Introduction to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital

Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital is the first operational national regional medical center in Guizhou Province. It is a public, non-profit, tertiary Grade-A hospital directly under the Guizhou Provincial Health Commission and is also an affiliated hospital of Guizhou Medical University. In the national performance evaluation of tertiary public hospitals, it has consistently ranked at the highest level (Grade A) in the "Other Specialist Hospitals" category for five consecutive years. It is the only provincial-level public hospital recognized by the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Government as an "Outstanding Unit for Advancing and Excelling."

Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital was jointly established by the Guizhou Provincial People's Government and Beijing Jishuitan Hospital. The supporting institution, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, is a tertiary Grade-A comprehensive hospital specializing in orthopedics and burn surgery. It boasts seven national key clinical specialties, six experts receiving the State Council Special Allowance, three provincial-level outstanding contribution experts, one national "Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents" awardee, one "Beijing Scholar," and one "Young Beijing Scholar." It serves as the Beijing Engineering Research Center for Orthopedic Surgical Robots, a demonstration unit for research-oriented wards in Beijing, one of the first batch of national emergency medical rescue base reserve projects, an output hospital for the national regional medical center construction project, the National Orthopedic Medical Center, the director unit of the Beijing Orthopedic Quality Control and Improvement Center, and a pilot unit for medical innovation and achievement transformation in Beijing.

The predecessor of the supported hospital, Guizhou Provincial Orthopedic Hospital, is a tertiary Grade-A orthopedic specialty hospital. Established in 1969 during the "Third Front Construction" period, it underwent several name changes, including "2394 Hospital" and "The Eighth Workers' Hospital of the General Logistics Department of the PLA." In 2004, it was transferred to local management and renamed "Guizhou Provincial Orthopedic Hospital" under the Guizhou Provincial Health Commission. In 2022, it became Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital.

The hospital currently operates two campuses: the Baiyun Campus (No. 206, Sixian Street, Baiyun District) and the Nanming Campus (No. 123, Shachong South Road, Nanming District). The total land area is 100,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 205,300 square meters, including an 8,000-square-meter rehabilitation garden. It has 1,000 approved beds and 1,435 actual open beds. The hospital consists of 41 clinical departments, 12 medical technology departments, and 25 administrative departments. It hosts two provincial-level professional quality control centers and serves as the Guizhou Provincial Rehabilitation Medicine Center.

The hospital has 1,410 employees, including 170 senior professionals and 350 master's and doctoral degree holders. Among them are two third-level professors, five "Thousand-Level Talents" of Guizhou Province, one "Outstanding Talent," seven "Excellent Young Talents," two recipients of the Guizhou May 1st Labor Medal, and one Guizhou Provincial Moral Model. Medical staff hold 135 academic committee positions at provincial and national levels, including six standing committee members and 35 committee members in national professional committees, as well as 74 positions in provincial committees, with 11 serving as chairs or vice-chairs. In 2017, Guizhou Provincial Orthopedic Hospital initiated the "Guizhou Provincial Orthopedic Hospital Specialist Alliance," which was renamed the "Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital Orthopedic Specialist Alliance" in 2023, now comprising 131 member institutions across and beyond Guizhou.

The hospital has two national key clinical specialty construction projects (Orthopedic Surgery and Pain Medicine) and 11 provincial key specialties (Orthopedic Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Rehabilitation Medicine, Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Imaging, Critical Care Medicine, Sports Medicine, Pediatric Orthopedics, and Hand Surgery). It also has four teaching and research departments: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Auxiliary Medicine, and Nursing. The hospital has established an integrated discipline system with Orthopedic Medicine as the foundation, Pain Medicine as the specialty, Orthopedic Surgery as the pillar, and Rehabilitation Medicine as the support. Since becoming a national regional medical center, the hospital has introduced 185 new technologies and projects, including six filling domestic gaps, 14 filling gaps in Southwest China, 53 filling gaps in Guizhou Province, and 112 filling gaps within the hospital. These new technologies have treated over a thousand patients.

The hospital is equipped with more than 4,000 advanced medical devices, including 10 large-scale equipment valued at over 10 million yuan and 103 valued at over 1 million yuan. Key equipment includes the TiRobot orthopedic surgical robot, Philips 3.0T MRI, GE 1.5T MRI, and Siemens 256-slice dual-source CT.

The hospital has published 2,492 research papers, including 145 SCI-indexed papers and 263 core journal articles. It holds 422 patents, with one patent successfully commercialized. The hospital has secured 198 vertical research projects and is a supporting unit of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

After 56 years of perseverance, the hospital now stands at a new historical milestone. It will focus on "enhancing capabilities, optimizing services, expanding influence, and building its brand," striving to become a "regional demonstration center with influence in Southwest China and a leading institution in Guizhou." It is committed to writing a new chapter in the development of a healthy Guizhou.
